Homestead life and amenities
The Skoolie Homestead was set up for like-minded individuals, couples and families to come together as a community. We offer a range of amenities and accommodation packages that allow you to live and work comfortably as well as enjoy your downtime.
We ask that every member of the community embrace our ideals of working and living together harmoniously; sharing and swapping skills; offering advice or support to other members and helping out on the Homestead itself.
The Clubhouse
The Skoolie Homestead Community Clubhouse is fully outfitted with the following:
Starlink Wifi (perfect for working from home, we are in the country so wifi is sometimes limited.)
Air conditioning
Two full shared bathrooms
Shared kitchen
Smart TV
Shared living/dining room space
Large porch with hammock chairs
Day use room for work from home, Yoga, Zoom calls or homeschooling etc.
Coin operated, commercial washer and dryer
The Property
In addition to the Clubhouse, The Skoolie Homestead Community property has the following amenities:

Use of the Skoolie Homestead Shop and tools…(able to check-out tools for daily use and returned each evening to the shop)

The main purpose of the Skoolie Homestead Community is togetherness. We are a multi cultural, non judgmental and friendly community. We frequently have community events which include the following:
